Case - VTT
VTT is one of the leading European research institutions. It is owned by the Finnish state. VTT advances the utilization and commercialization of research and technology in commerce and society.
Survivaltech.club conducted several projects for VTT related to energy innovation. One project included identifying the value proposition and potential customers for a patented innovation in renewable energy production. It also involved supporting scientists in customer contacting and considering the innovation's different commercialization paths.
Other projects involved conducting market research and customer interviews for innovations in the fields of the smart grid and smart buildings.
